Thank you for shopping with **Revengeof**. We take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made products just for you. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.

1. Return Window

You have **30 calendar days** from the date you receive your order to request a return for items that meet our eligibility criteria described below.

*Important:* Because all our products are **made-to-order and custom printed especially for you**, we **do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or preference changes.** Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be **defective, damaged, or incorrect** (wrong item sent).
- Be **in the same condition as you received it**, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
- Remain in its **original packaging**.
- Be accompanied by the **original receipt or proof of purchase**.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us **within 30 calendar day of delivery** at:

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs showing the defect, damage, or error if applicable.

We will review your request and notify you whether your return has been approved, along with instructions on how to send your package back.

**Please do not send any items back without prior approval.** Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

- If your return is approved because the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a **prepaid return shipping label**.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen), **return shipping costs are your responsibility**, and we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong product, **contact us within 30 calendar days** from delivery with detailed information and photos.  
We will assess the issue and work with you to correct it, either by replacement or refund.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

- **Custom products** — **all Revengeof products are custom printed on demand and are non-returnable unless defective or damaged**
- Sale items and gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.  
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item following the above process (if eligible) and place a **new order** on our website.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order **within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods, for any reason without justification**, subject to the conditions below.

- The right of withdrawal does **not** apply to goods that are **custom-made or personalized**, including all Revengeof products, unless defective.
- Items must be returned in the same condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Please provide proof of purchase with your return.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund was approved or denied.  
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within **10 business days**.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

10. Important Notes

- Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order to avoid delivery delays or return refusals.
- Because all products are custom printed on demand, defects are rare but if you encounter any issues, we encourage prompt communication.
- If your order contains products fulfilled by multiple suppliers, returns and refunds will be processed per item according to the above terms.
